Rebecca Garner
Rebecca Garner BSc SPDipA ITEC ICGT City and Guilds MCThA EMBODY
has been a practising holistic therapist for 20 years. She offers a range of treatments to bring health and harmony back into all aspects of life. Illness can manifest at any level of being - the body, mind, spirit or emotions. The path to balance involves listening to the body and untangling the threads that lead to disease.
Rebecca's inspiration comes from her own experience of living with and healing chronic illness – including ME, migraine, asthma, panic attacks and depression. She has found the healing journey to be a profound and fascinating process.
Rebecca's clients range from young people with sports injuries to the elderly and those with disabilities, from people wanting the opportunity to relax and take time for themselves, to seekers looking for meaning in their lives. She has worked alongside social services and the medical profession, in clinics and residential care homes, and volunteered at the local hospice.
She also co-hosts courses in breathwork, meditation and relaxation, personal growth and inner development within the Celtic tradition.
